Start things off by checking out the room layout, capacity chart and the outdoor spaces diagrams above. Then get in touch with us by email (use the ‘contact us’ page) to discuss what you’d like to do. Include your phone number so we can call you to discuss the different spaces, options, prices and to check availability.

Give us an outline of what you are looking for and we will help you decide. You can use the diagrams above to give you an idea of the capacity of the spaces. You can come and visit (by arrangement) so we can discuss your needs and work out how best we can meet them.

Once we’ve discussed all the options we’ll send you a request form to complete. We’ll check your returned form and set up a bespoke booking for you online, and send you the link to it and password. Using that you can double check and confirm details, and make your payment.

Once we’ve agreed the details, we will set up a bespoke booking for your group in our booking system. You will be able to login and pay online. Your booking is finalised once the payment has gone through.

We offer a variety of services such as help with marketing or administering the bookings for your event. If requested, we may also arrange activities for you and refreshments such as a buffet / packed lunch for your group. There are additional costs for these that are available on request.

We are pleased to share our spaces with people and organisations who share our sustainability ethos (see our home page). However, there are some hire requests that we cannot accept, such as:

• Party political organisations

• Stag and hen evenings (day time activities led by us are welcome)

• Activities that we consider to be unsuitable or dangerous

• Bookings that will compromise our own programme of courses

Talk to us if you are not sure. We will always try to accommodate your needs if we can.

We need to know that you are aware of our Health and Safety and Safeguarding policies and practices and agree to adhere to them. We will share our Equalities, Diversity and Inclusion policy and processes with you too, so that everyone feels welcome and valued at the Eco Centre.  

If you cancel your booking up to one month before your event you will normally receive a full refund less a small administration fee. You can cancel your booking through your user account within the booking system. You can get either a refund payment or a credit to your account. After this time a refund is at our discretion.

Evacuation routes and procedures to follow in an emergency will be displayed in the Centre together with relevant emergency contacts.
