You will learn practical life-saving skills and techniques such as CPR and treating severe bleeding. The St John Ambulance trainer will provide guidance on how to support someone until professional help arrives.

It includes:

  • Primary survey

  • Recovery position

  • CPR and how to use a defibrillator (AED) and

  • Severe bleeding.

This session is FREE but places are limited so please book your place through our booking system in the usual way.

Please note that this session does not gain you a designated First Aid at Work qualification. That is a longer course that we hope we may be able to offer in future.
